Nika :
People may have different opinions about this film, but it accomplished one very important thing: it reminded the world of Michael Jackson.
It has significantly expanded Michael Jackson's fan base, and I think it's wonderful that so many young people are discovering him and his music for the first time. Today, there is an endless amount of information available online, and people can truly take the time to study what happened to Michael in great depth.
Most importantly, when it comes to the events of 1993 and 2005, people finally have the opportunity to examine the available material and draw their own conclusions.
For example, I have always believed that Michael was innocent. However, court transcripts, FBI documents, and the many interviews that are available today have provided me with strong, factual arguments whenever I have to defend Michael Jackson's reputation against those who believe he was guilty.
And that is very important.
There is one more thing I would like to say. I wish the Jackson family would stop arguing publicly and instead present a united front. If there are disagreements, I hope they can express them in a calm and friendly manner.
After all, Michael Jackson himself almost never spoke badly about people in public. The exceptions were Tommy Mottola and Martin Bashir, but in those cases he had very specific reasons for doing so.
