When you are a farmer, the farm is on your mind 24/7, it's so true it is mentally draining. You basically have to force yourself to take time for you. It's your life, hard, draining, money worries, family, carrying on for years. It's not a job, it's a life.😮💨😔 ❤️for farmers!

It’s bad here in Australia too. A farmer dies from suicide every 10 days here. And we are about to go into another drought after having just faced the fuel crisis! It’s going to be too much for many 💔

I agree. The pressure is so much. Here in South Africa we fear for farm murders which is one of the biggest crime. For me farming alone all I can do is pray daily. Thank you for this conversation
