Call it one kanal house Putting thousands in is like it's going to be some 100s of kanal One kanal modern built house with all furnished, basement and swimming pool, can cost 10 to 12 million pkr in Pakistan. Means like roughly 400k in pounds. There you go, thanks me later!!

I made a mistake with the AC, should have had a centralised climate controlled system, but made sure all AC waste/pipes hidden, also had data cables/cat6 all put in every room, also recommend putting in a car charger

well done lad!! RMG guys are top. honest, although more expensive, that doesnt matter to us from the uk as we havent got the energy to deal with builders there. pay and extra £30-40k and their construction and finish is superb. il be in park view city inshallah
