Raise a chargeback with your back, it'll be an addendum dispute. You've a very strong case and should win it with the evidence they've provided as it doesn't justify any fee, let alone a 200 euro fee. You only have 90 to 120 days from the date of the payment though so don't wait around.

Alot of ppl dont know this but Uber take a cut of the cleaning fee, so you got charge 200 that means driver got 50 for a mini valet.. and Uber kept 150. This is how they rip ppl off.. WAKE UP!!!
