Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). Tip: Cover loosely with foil after 40–45 minutes if the top browns too quickly. Cool completely Let it cool in the tin for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Wait until fully cool before slicing this loaf sets as it cools.
