that's how I hacked weight loss sort a goal that you really want to do and reward yourself at certain points so that when you're far enough from your starting point you're being held hostage by your body to finish it. my was benign and simple. "being able to walk into Zara and by something of the rack" not a certain size but any size just to be able to walk into a shop like Zara try something on and be able to buy it there and then.
