Recipe Name Garlic Butter Glazed Pork Roast Ingredients 1. 4 lb boneless pork loin roast 2. 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 3. 8 garlic cloves, minced 4. 2 tbsp brown sugar 5. 2 tbsp honey 6. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 7. 1 tbsp paprika 8. 2 tsp onion powder 9. 2 tsp garlic powder 10. 2 tsp Italian seasoning 11. 1½ tsp salt 12. 1 tsp black pepper 13. 1 tbsp olive oil 14. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Recipe 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Pat the pork roast dry with paper towels. 3. Rub the roast with olive oil. 4. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard. 5. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. 6. Mix until a thick garlic butter glaze forms. 7. Place the pork roast in a foil-lined baking pan. 8. Coat the entire roast generously with the garlic butter mixture. 9. Roast uncovered for 60–75 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices. 10. Continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). 11. For the glossy finish shown, brush with an extra layer of garlic butter glaze during the final 10 minutes. 12. Broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the surface and create a rich dark crust. 13. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes. 14. Spoon the buttery pan juices over the roast. 15. Slice into thick juicy portions. 16. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
