The problem is Agoda, bukan hotel. Booking.com pun sama jugak, pernah mess up my hotel booking. Lesson learnt - jangan book melalui third party, book direct dgn hotel for my future stays

As hotelier biasanya reservation dept tamak haloba tak reti nak close third party keep on buka.. pastu third parties sampai bermacam2 jenis.. sebab pernah jadi macam ni, yg serabut yg menjawab kami yang FO ni bilik full tiba2 booking keep on masuk.. for guest side please biasakan untuk call hotel right after booking confirmed ask whether or not your booking dah masuk atau tidak..

aku buat homestay agoda & airbnb.ada je function syncronize calendar.means booking di agoda masuk,auto airbnb not availaible.pelik la kalau management hotel tak alert benda ni.

sbb tu each time saya book.. a week before sy akan call tanya booking sy alive or not... byk kali call tiba2x eh encik booking x masuk sebab booking.com tak update yg bilik semua dh full. Ni aku sendiri pn pernah kena dlu so stiap kali lps book aku call hotel double check. Bila hotel allocate rooms to 3rd party apps... confirm akan ada issue bila peak season .. jenggg

as hotelier . yes mmg btul kdng third party problm .ada tu guest byr bilik lain dpt kt hotel bilik lain .. ada tu third party tak send confirmation kt hotel .. dah susahkn semua orang… tapi tgk kes ni wow ramai sgt ni.. mustahil 100% salah ota.. reservation dept buat apa tak check ke ?

ni mesti x close ota ... separtutnya ota management department kena fikir jika peak day dorg kena closed ota if occ melebihi 80 ke atas ..Dan boleh open untuk walk in guest atau standby room jika berlaku apa2..lagi2 kalo dpt guest nak change room or upgrade 🥴🥴.. kalo x front desk Naya la menjawab...

Our experience dah tempah flight from KK to Sandakan using agoda, masa nak cek in baru tauu Firefly dah x terbang dr kk ke sandakan … masalahnya duit dah potong and xde makluman cancellation flight .

Hotel tu x pandai handle booking online, mmg dorang dh ttup, klau ada cust cancel, akan ada satu bilik available online, so booking tu biasanya cust blom byr lagi. Cuma byk front office rak alert

sy pernah tau ttp website utk smua OTA tpi Agoda still hntar booking then sblum guest smpai sy contact Agoda utk batalkan tempahan tu sbb website dh ttp and bilik pun dh penuh, slpas tu sy contact guest yg buat booking tu bfore diorang sampai hotel pasal Agoda yg ttp hntr booking even allotment smua sy dh ttp awal2.
