I've got same brand but older mine is the rugged chunky version, for some reason I don't have problems with my old one, this new product seem to be having a lot of problems which is sad

I just asked one of the chinese live sellers to install benchmark 6 which tests the phones cpu ,storage etc,they refused saying i could do it myself once i had bought it.They even went to the App store and found the app but just wouldnt run it.I wonder why 😏😏😏
