@burned_notbroken: Replying to @magnePG giving your partner space when they are requesting can be tricky when you live together, but it’s doable. It requires intentionally with the partner being proactive in not only creating the space, but protecting it. 1) separate sleep spaces, 2) no talk of the relationship, 3) create a schedule that allows for time alone in the home. #relationshipburnout #emotionalsafety #burnedoutpursuer #relationshiprepair #separation
This pisses me off so much because this is literally exactly what I asked for FOR YEARS before I reached a breaking point.
Why is it so hard to understand that I deserve to be at peace in my own home. He always was fine with me going out whenever I needed some time, but going out is not the same as being allowed to relax and feel safe in my own space.

Ok, so let’s say you do the whole “living separate together” thing, but the bop is to the point where they genuinely don’t even want to even speak to the other person even about casual things. What do you do then? How does that work?

he wants to break up and says hes done for good but he said that following an argument (yesterday) and i havent heard from him since. ive proposed a reset or no contact because i think we can fix it if we do it together and the right way. is there any way to get him to see that he might be burntout instead of without love anymore? is there a way to get him to be willing to try things to fix it after he said he doesnt want to anymore?

How about giving them space if you're workmates? 😅 There are some times that you need to talk due to work related matters 😅
