I had been living in survival mode all my life until about 2 years ago and realized I was almost addicted to stress and felt off without it. I’m just now coming out of it but I do feel like I’m in a constant battle of tug of war with myself but on the mend

I dreaded showers and hated the after part the most. I bought a body wash that smells really good and when I get out I make it me time. I have a beverage and listen to my favorite music and dance while putting on lotion and styling my hair. It's become much easier to shower now. Idk if that counts

Just a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down… I used to hate to do dishes and then I started watching my favorite mentors on YouTube or podcasts during this time - and now I look forward to doing dishes. This makes so much sense- GREAT advice - thank you so much!!!

what about ADHD, its almost impossible to create routines and consistency. ive been able to create maybe two routines in the last 10 years, breakfast and night skin care. Anything else fails.

what can someone do whose BIGGEST issue is that I can't create consistency? I have ADHD and I'm autistic with CPTSD I can only be consistent for 2 weeks and after that it's like nothing happened the past couple of weeks and completely fall off track..I have been trying for 10+ years. ☹️
