So I Googled it, and Google said that Russia has 40 major refineries, or so. Most have been hit since 2022, and it said 16 are currently offline. I'm curious if they can get that number to double by the end of the year.I know some are untouchable, of course.

@Preston Stewart How do you feel about the bombing of the drinking water in Iran? Where 20,000 civilians lost their drinking water. Noticed that that wasn't talked about in any of your videos. This might be kinda hard to say it's "dual use". Also, it is kinda right out of the Russian war crime playbook.
