The responsibility of the union is to represent the interest of the employee not the other way around, so if the benefits of the member r intact y should the union force the employer to act against a paying member to the union. The union is benefiting every month from the member and the member is also benefiting

I know the stress when you are sick the incapacity forms that you fill and treating dr they hate to fill them. you have to come to work to submit them that time you are sick 😫 if you don't is no pay . so I don't understand what his HR was doing. the employee is not at fault to be honest
