Add the remaining filling ingredients and cook a few more minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. For the dough, combine all ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Punch down the risen dough, then roll it out on a floured surface to fit your baking tray. Cover and rest for another 15 minutes.
