I 💯 believe the police, border patrol, any officer really....has a quota to achieve. Cameras help determine if and how those officers can enforce the arrestable offense. Yes I mean planting evidence.

so the border patrol was half right, you can record as long as you are in a public area, if you're in what they consider a restricted area you cannot record, because of "operational security, privacy and sensitive computer screens"
