zeezy (the devs in the charge of making this nerf) has stated that every character regenerate A percentage of their HP, therefore this haruta nerf is a BUFF, haruta regenerate around 5 hp per second unlike everyone, so only -5 max HP for 5 HP regeneration something per second my math is bad so, it is a definitely haruta buff.
