Dr Phillips what are your thoughts on erythritol crystals compared to xylitol crystals? I went to buy my usual pack of xylitol crystals but they didn't have them, only the large pack which I didn't want, but I noticed they had erythritol. According to Google it is even more effective against plaque than xylitol, so I bought it.
