In my state it is absolutely illegal for them to ask for your carry permit and now we don't need one because we are constitutional carry now.

If the gun had of been hidden, we all have seen clips of cops detaining Bkack men because they “thought” he had a concealed weapon, so, even with the gun holstered and barely visible this white male cop ‘decided’ that was ‘criminally suspicious “ to the point he barely let go of the man’s arm as he went for his wallet, then they run his name, his license to conceal carry and his guns serial number BEFORE they deem him legal enough not to be detained and they speak to him like the “entire” encounter is his fault
