How else am I going to track my progress hey? 😂🤷🏻♀️ I believe this is the best way alongside how your clothing fits, to see how far you’ve come on your journey. Especially if you’re anything like me and have days you still feel like you’re carrying that extra weight… Got to remind ourselves where we started and where we are now 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I keep all these pictures in a folder and sometimes I’ll just sit looking at what my efforts did for my body.. which in turn helps my mind 👏🏼✨
