You can dig straight holes first and then move in each direction and go upwards. Nothing impossible. If you can’t find the solution that doesn’t means that some aliens did it

1200-1300 years ago this was built. Vertical Excavation: Carvers started at the very top of the basalt cliff. They dug deep vertical trenches into the mountain to outline the temple's massive footprint. Top-Down Sculpting: Sculptors finished the roof and upper levels completely before moving downward. This clever method meant they never needed to build scaffolding. Basic Tools: Workers used only iron chisels, hammers, and wooden wedges. They soaked the wooden wedges in water inside rock crevices to split the hard stone. Massive Scale: Laborers carefully excavated an estimated 200,000 to 400,000 tons of rock. They left behind no room for error, as a single misplaced stroke could ruin the entire structure.
