@taldeluca: Seriously the best thing you can do to avoid burnout is to just lock in , adhere, like truly ADHERE!!!! I promise if you missed zero steps for 8/12 weeks it would pay off - but you don’t - and you keep having to start over. And now you hate fitness. And your body is the same
