Der aktuelle Stand ist eher MINUS! Es hat so gut angefangen! Ich bin einfach losgelaufen & konnte mich gut steigern: Von 3 km auf 7km und von 2 Minuten laufen/ 1 Minute gehen auf 10 Minuten laufen/ 1 Minute gehen. 🏃‍♀️💪 Ja und jetzt bin ich irgendwie wieder am Anfang, weil mein rechtes Bein immer so schnell „so schwer“ wurde. Wir habens abgecheckt - auch mit Physio und es ist nichts schlimmes oder verletzt, sondern ich habe schlichtweg zu wenig Kraft und Muskulatur in meinen Beinen, was neidetet ich muss jetzt gezielt hier Tiefenmuskulatur aufbauen, um auch wieder laufen zu können…🤣🙈 Nicht meine Lieblingsbeschäftigung, aber auch ken Grund, mein Ziel aus den Augen zu verlieren. 💫🎯 Gibts noch mehr Laufanfänger mit Startschwierigkeiten?
