@awesomeframers: Post installed @Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD save us a huge amount of time.  We skip lay out at the foundation walls prior to placing concrete.  No bolt is ever in the way of framing members.  No ned to mark and drill your mudsill and set it over the bolts.  Remember, you aren't supposed to over size that hole by more than 1/16".  We pin the @pwt_ewp Treated LVL mudsill to the foundation, then do all our layout, then drill the Titen HD and install.  Total installed time goes way, way down.  If you have questions about this, Strong Tie has a document (T-A-SILPLANCH2 ) that can answer your inspectors questions.  My recommendation is to have this detail put on your plans prior to submitting them.  #engineering #framing @Nicks Handmade Boots @Makita official
