honestly as long as you are open well after work i feel like you can be a late night spot. so many places close at 6 and you cant go after work but this is great

If you sold bagels or donuts, sure the hours might be a bit odd, but I think 1-10PM is perfectly reasonable. As a nurse that has to be at work at 6AM, it drive me nuts when places are open 7AM-3PM.

You’ve got to cater to your target demographic this work for your area. I need a late night bakery too. It old need to be open like I’ll until 3am. That’s when I crave cookies.
