@organichairbybelladonna: The most controversial thing I’ve changed since becoming obsessed with hair growth? I wash my hair every day. And before anyone panics… no, I’m not saying everyone should wash their hair daily. What I am saying is that the more I’ve learned about scalp health, the more I’ve realised that healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Over the last few months, I’ve gone down a serious hair growth rabbit hole. I’ve spent hours researching scalp health, DHT, hormones, hair cycles, nutrition, hair retention and the ingredients that actually have evidence behind them. And the funny thing is… The more I learned, the more my own routine changed. Today I focus on: ✔ Scalp health ✔ Hair retention ✔ Consistency ✔ Nutrition ✔ Reducing breakage ✔ Protecting the hair I already have Because one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this: Growing hair is only half the battle. Keeping the hair you already have is just as important. What started as creating a scalp oil ended up igniting a passion for helping women understand what’s really happening with their hair. Because hair growth isn’t just about hair. It’s about confidence. It’s about identity. It’s about feeling like yourself again.
