my sourdough starter keeps getting this like dry top to it and it’ll only rise just a little. he’s about 2 1/2 weeks old now idk what i’m doing wrong please help 😭

Day 9 of trying to rehydrate my Eve sourdough starter and it doubled very slowly on day 5 but then never doubled again. I changed the ratios to 1:1:1 after day 6. Using a scale I measured 50g of each. It’s been almost 24 hours and again no rise. There are some very sparse bubbles.
