One year later, I’ve read more than I ever have before, made some wonderful bookish friends, and become part of a community that I genuinely adore 🥹📚 So, for anyone who needs to hear it, here’s what I’ve learned: 🤍 Comparison is the thief of joy. There will always be someone reading more books, getting more likes, posting prettier photos, or growing faster. Focus on your own journey. 🤍 All reading tastes are valid. Read romantasy. Read classics. Read literary fiction. Read manga. Read whatever makes you happy. 🤍 All reading paces are valid. Whether you read 5 books a year or 500, you’re still a reader. 🤍 The algorithm is unpredictable. Sometimes a post you spent 5 minutes on will do amazingly, and the one you spent hours creating won’t. Don’t let numbers dictate your enjoyment. 🤍 Post what you want, when you can. This account isn’t my job. It’s a hobby. A place to share my love of books with like-minded people.
