Mark Kelly (D-AZ) says “we’ve got to be incredibly careful” when it comes to national security risks surrounding artificial intelligence following the Trump administration’s directive to Anthropic, which called on the AI company to suspend access to foreign nationals. “We've got to take some time with these tools and do extensive evaluations as to what is the risk to the American people when we release these,” he says. “So, I agree with the administration on this.”
