YALL… I wanna start by saying, the goal for me is NOT weight loss, this is about feeling better in my body. I genuinely know what it takes to change your habits and lose weight. I lost almost 200 lbs naturally and have kept it off for 8 years, so trust me when I say I understand the discipline, consistency, and mental battles that come with changing your life. I know the struggles of showing up day in and day out, tracking your food, moving your body, fighting cravings, and trying not to give up on yourself when progress feels slow. ON TOP of dealing with PCOS, inflammation, constant hunger, fatigue, and feeling like my body was fighting against me… this has genuinely helped me in ways I didn’t expect. I’m only 6 weeks in and down 10 lbs, but honestly the biggest difference has been how I FEEL. Less inflamed, less food noise, more energy, and like my body finally isn’t constantly working against me 24/7. And before anyone says it… yes, habits still 1000% matter. I still prioritize protein it’s crucial because I’m not trying to feel weak, movement, water, and being intentional is all important. This isn’t magic. But I also think there needs to be more awareness and less shame around tools that can help people, especially women dealing with hormonal issues like PCOS. I’ve spent YEARS pushing and doing everything on my own, and I just want people to know you’re not lazy or failing because your journey looks different. Sometimes your body needs support too!! I’m so glad I finally got my blood work done and took this step for myself🥹 Drop “INTAKE” below & I’ll send you the form on how & where!
