just say url want cheap labour and no labour laws. It's not south africans bringing in Chinese products increasing tax and fuel prices. Those are the root causes to this business. The nerve of these guys spreading false propaganda and then say his workers are his family when his closing down the company in a weeks time. Why even make a video if his closing the company and why even bring up immigrants when you have 99% south africans.

The problem is not the foreigners, his factory is not bargain council compliant. If he has to be bargain council compliant his cmt prices will double. In order to be bargain council compliant you need to meet minimum wage and for those that are bargain council compliant it’s difficult for them to survive because people want cheap cmt especially when you competing with China . So it will be cheaper to import ready made garments from China then produce them here

This story makes zero sense , if the company isn’t meeting its KPIs that has nothing to do with South African employees or foreigners. If a company is continuously making a loss that cannot be because you have 21 local staff . Evidently your business model has not changed from the time you have started business
