We get so much slack on our bedtime. Our 13 month old goes to bed between 6/6:30 every single night. It’s what works for us. He sleeps from 6/6:30 until 7 almost every. Single. Night. I will not jeopardize that!

People have always had opinions on my bed times…..7-8pm and if it’s anytime later….id rather sleep outside in a snow storm 🤣
