Houses do seem to be sitting longer and I’ve seen a lot of price drops. Crappy timing we are looking to sell soon. (Dream about moving to Texas but may not be attainable)

It’s no recession. Houses that are worth 1.5 were inflated in 2022 to ridiculous levels. The house isn’t worth 2 million. It’s getting priced at its regular price.
