WetFeetDrySocks :
Gon is notably younger than the other examples and is shown to be more impulsive and childish as far as characterization goes. He broke because he’s still very much a child.

While Gon’s was the worst, Ichigo’s was the most terrifying to me

Man Ichigo’s had ME on the verge of snapping. Like I genuinely struggled to read that arc out of anger and frustration 😭

Brandon Reyes :
Gave up everything. Not just everything he had, everything he would EVER have. Used it to have a generational crash out on not even the strongest character in the arc, and proceeded to get demoted to a side character.

zacharypedersen49 :
I still put Yuji in a firm second, because even the scene shown isn't the bottom for him bc Nanami and Nobara are still alive at that point, and I feel like he takes basically until the end of the series to bounce back, but yeah, Gon definitely had the worst here, and it's not particularly close.

All of them bounced back after like a week from these Gon got his chain snatched lost his Nen and his main character status in less time that it would take you to make a pizza

I think it's low key yuji because every other characther came back to their playfull self after the arcs but yuji became the whole " I am a cog" thing
