THANK YOU if you’ve shared this journey with me! 🙏🏾 🫶 I have loved it!✨🙌🏾❤️ it’s wild to me that 365 days are now up! Over 365 days in fact since I decided I had to do something different to shift my life out of hopeless survival mode into thriving mode and find my spark again. Oh. And increase my happiness levels and that part became the most important thing! 😄 I was in a really dark place and had been for quite a while after a whole lot of difficult life changes, and traumatic experiences. But oh how different I feel now, SO much, life feels so different 😁❤️ This year has gone by with lightening speed which I expected to be honest, but I feel different on EVERY single level even unrecognizable in many ways to myself, in such a good way, AND… I’ve brought myself back to life again, but even more so like x 100! Haha. AND back with hope, faith, and MOST importantly …MUCH more happiness daily, with peace again in my heart ❤️ ☺️ PLUS an inner confidence to not be afraid to be fully me, warts and all 😅 and I’m actually really proud of myself for that😊 It’s funny to look back and remember that it felt terrifying initially putting myself on TikTok…😄but the prospect of disappearing from the world physically and emotionally in the real world, was even more scary to me, and I knew I needed to do something to shift it. Of course making a TikTok account was something I did alongside all the shifts I made in my actual life, but social media has actually really helped me know who I am, because it’s helped me to stand up for myself when people wanted to tear me down, its also helped me connect to others who were going through similar journeys (really felt united and encouraged so we could cheer each other on ! 🙏🏾😍) …And it’s really helped me to know even more my value and worth …and to be seen through different eyes, to be accepted, and valued finally, mainly by myself☺️ …of course it’s been a year of also self reflecting, and growing and there’s been some challenges along the way …but its actually been one of THE best years of my life because it brought me to back to love, in plenty of ways 😁😍❤️…and back to myself my true nature, and to a stronger happier more determined position again in life …and NOW I’m eager to create more in my life, more fun, more happiness for me and others, more experiences big and little and more passion and purpose oh and more love!😅🫶 😊✨ It’s actually been lots of fun being on TikTok, who knew! 😁…plus connecting with so many lovely people on here it’s really been a great experience overall, and I’ve loved doing my mum dancing never ever thought I’d have the courage to do that haha 😂but guess what I realised it’s much more important to be proud of yourself and know who you are and live true to you than be worried about what people will say! And all the bits that we often are shy or ashamed about are actually all our best unique bits, so we need to let them out express them! Fully! When we do this we give permission to others to be fully themselves too! 😁🫶👌✨ I’m going to continue with this page…so it’s not at all goodbye…but it is for now huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here and sharing this…and if anyone wants to or is doing their own 365days challenge small steps, it’s starts with the inner, change your routine, change your mindset beliefs smash those limits that keep you bound and most of focus on fun and happiness seek it out every single day and prioritize it, because all the rest of the change and possibility grows from there! 😁👌 Next for me…continuing to grow learn have fun!
