We got this for an early Father's day gift and it's harder than it looks. We had to make thinner crusts because the bottom got burned while the top was still very doughy. Then on the stone thing on the bottom of the oven got some burn char on it and it kinda made everything easier. Plus the corn meal that you have to use so the dough doesn't stick to the padle burns so don't use too much of that. We like it, it just takes time to get used to it.
