I didn’t enjoy it because it romanticizes cheating. In the book, it wasn’t portrayed to this extent, but the adaptation seems to emphasize it much more, which made it uncomfortable to watch.

The show was visually very pleasing but I did come to it from the book and there were so many changes it’s hard not to compare. The point in the book is that Sam has known this whole time and chooses her anyway. They also put in so many extra plots that I don’t feel like anything was fully explored. I just watched voicemails for Isabelle though and enjoyed it.
