You didn’t need to go that mad scrape off till you get to a solid edge then peel stop re paint then fill sand then repaint again

I think the algorithm sent me this video because I googled (how to paint a ceiling without sanding it first) I never used to sand my walls, I would just clean them, I never had a problem. it's probably peeling because of the sanding process.

Pump And Dump :

some water and washing up liquid in a bucket and a 9 inch roller soak it and roller the walls so the paints wet, then happy stripping, next time if you sand a wall, brush it off

No mist coat use zinsser peel stop but 1st fine filler then zinsser again then should be ok to paint

Why wouldn’t you just peel until you get a flat edge and just touch up the peeled area?

In a previous post you used pva and water, that’s your problem. Use Zinsser peel stop on flaking paint and Gardz on bare plaster and filler, then paint your top coats.
