The only bad part about this thing is the fact here in Europe all of these ingredients are gonna have to be imported so it’ll cost a fortune and won’t be worth it cost wise

yo I just made my first creami last night (so exciting) I wondered if you could perhaps give me some advise on texture as I found that my creami had tiny ice crystals in it and wasn't completely smooth. base was almond milk, protein powder, 1/4 teaspoon xanthum gum, 20g coco powder, and a pinch of salt. I thawed under hot water for 60s, and scraped down the sides after my first spin (I did 1 spin on lite ice cream,then 1 on mix in and it seemed to be ready). any advise?:)
