I’m already a people manager, but I’m moving from leading a team of 8 to leading 50+ people. Any advice on how to communicate effectively and stay visible and present with a team that size? What’s the biggest lesson you learned when making that jump?

I would do this differently if knew my job well in all mechanics of the operation. First I would review the past results say 3 years annual result and identify why and how those result came about. I then compare what I would do to achieve or improve areas that indicates my attention by priority or importance of tasks bearing in mind my priority is profitability and how do I achive that after studying and reviewing the results. this will help me to help work with my team with a much clearer vision to jointly contribute to achieving our main goal which is profitability of the company and incentives for my team is staff individually.
