why not front load like your week dose on day 1 and the rest daily splits that way you have in week 1 already everything in serum wise

alternative, set your eq 2× as high as test with exogenous estrogen. raise the test until it contributes to the exogenous e2. then continue to titrate up the test as you drop the exogenous e2.
