@liftwithshelby: my glutes used to be completely square, and not round at all😀. lateral step ups changed that more than anything, plus adding weight over time and staying consistent. i built these from completely flat, so trust me when i say it works. May be different because I’m male, but cable kicks (out and also sideways) is the way to go. Had results in 1 month. 2 times a week!

what's a good step up variation for scoliosis girlies , my leg is higher than the other due to my thoracic curvature and i've been prioritizing hip mobility but sometimes hinging at the hips doesn't make me feel the full stretch in my glutes
