He ain’t lying. I make rice, water with rosemary, basil, and thyme, and if you look up what it does for your hair, your skin, your nails your health is really really good for you. My hair has doubled. I have double the amount of hair I had to cut the front four times in a little less than six weeks because it was growing over my eyes!
