What’s your thoughts on putting weight on a 7 year old? He plays travel baseball and has become very self conscious about being the smallest on the team. He’s literally all muscle but he’s just a little guy which I’ve told him is perfectly fine but he wants to get stronger and bigger to “hit bombs”. He practices every day and is extremely active. So everything he eats he is burning off very quickly.

Is ground Bison a better choice for athletes since it has less saturated fats, more protein, more iron, and lower calorie... so while I know it's healthier for everyday people, is it better for athletes too especially when most people add additional calories and fats to it??
