It’s fascinating to look at this as someone currently experiencing a trapped nerve in my shoulder, which is travelling down a nerve in my arm. It makes me look at this video and align it to what’s happening inside my body. As I right this the nerve us pinching and firing and it feels so uncomfortable like it knows I’m writing about it. The intensity is unreal and so is the discomfort 😩😩😩
