Block your first 60-90 min for deep work Before the day starts pulling you in 20 different directions, get your real work done. No random tasks. No distractions. Just the thing that actually matters. 2. Don’t touch your phone until your first task is done The second you start scrolling, your focus is gone. Get one win first, then check your phone. 3. Clean your desk before you start A messy setup makes it way harder to lock in. Clear the space, clear your head. 4. Move for 2 minutes Push-ups, stretching, quick walk, whatever. You’re not trying to train. You’re just waking your body up. 5. Water before caffeine Most people slam coffee when they’re really just dehydrated. Drink water first, then caffeine. 6. One tab, one task, no switching Stop bouncing between 10 things and calling it work. Pick one thing. Finish it. 7. Stare at the wall for 10 minutes before working Sounds weird, but it works. No phone. No music. No input. Just let your brain calm down before you ask it to focus. 8. Do the hardest thing before you feel ready You’re probably not going to feel like doing it. Do it anyway. That’s how you build momentum.
