People don’t know that in healthcare, pharmacies, hospitals, doctors offices, dental offices whatever it maybe, we document their behavior the way they talk to employees also, I always document those encounters whether they’re nice or bad

I mean I don't know if CVS does something similar but when I worked at Walgreens in 2014 I worked in cosmetics but they paid for me to get my pharmacy tech license to be able to float in and help in the pharmacy if needed so I was in my regular uniform.
