I got to bed at 9 p.m., usually asleep by 9.30. I tend to wake naturally around 4 a.m. and feel like I’ve had a good nights sleep. But if I ever go to bed late, say midnight, even if I sleep 8 hrs I don’t feel right all day, Infeel groggy and over tired.
