I remember when I was young, I was watching television and I noticed my eyes started to zoom out on the TV. As it started going farther and farther from me, I heard a voice say, " I am trapped in this body." First, I was startled and then I realized that I was not the body and the real me is inside the body. At that moment of awareness, my eyes zoom into the TV and the TV returned back to its original distance. it was the strangest sensation and experience.
