The Book of Psalms is like a giant Photo album, with gods thoughts and experience through people for advice. Choose the path that roots you. There are two roads and two destinations. One leads to blessings, the other leads to misfortune. The experienced people tell us not to go the way of brokenness. Start with scripture, move to meditation. Blessed is the person who meditates on the scripture. Use the scripture to integrate a new way of living. Allow yourself to be searched with the word. For every hour you read, take a portion to work on it. Walk the way that transforms you: Psalms gives us all types of Messages. Psalms of Joy, Pain, Confession, Vengeance, and more. Each Psalm gives us a revelation, a way towards a transformation through Christ. Psalms minor God talking to us, and major us talking to God. Often times god wants a relationship with us. He wants us to be able to him like a member of our family. Where does the road lead? The destination that this book fulfills is the ultimate praise for the Lord. You'll look back on your life to be able to praise god for being able to make it this far. The road that leads to blessings is the meditation and out living the scripture of the lord. Psalms teaches you that God chose the path of brokenness to ultimately lead you to righteousness.
