комок в горле возможен после сильнострессовой ситуации....лечение- позитив и спокойно реагировать на проблемы!

This was one of my earlier food label posts so sharing it again as many people may not have seen it! 👇 The main thing to check on the pack when buying nut butter is whether it is 100% nuts (or with a little bit of sea salt added which is fine). If it contains added palm oil or sugar I’d steer clear (unless you’re choosing to get a flavoured nut butter where you know what you’re getting is sweet!) The two Kelkin options I think is where one could easily get caught out because if you’ve gotten the 100% nuts variety before you might pick up the “no added sugar” pack thinking it’s also 100% nuts but it has added palm oil. Just another example of why we should all become good label readers 🙌 The Bonne Maman brand is positioned as a premium brand, with its nice jars being very distinctive. So I was surprised with their product when I saw the ingredients list which isn’t great. However when editing the video I realised it’s called “Peanut spread” so that’s a clue there that it isn’t actually pure peanut butter but again it shows the power of branding because I didn’t even notice the word “spread” when I picked it up, I just saw the brand name and because it’s amongst all the other peanut butters I assumed it was peanut butter! And I bet this happens to many people when shopping! The brands I mention at the end are all ones I like… they are definitely more expensive than the likes of tesco brand so buying in the 1kg tubs is really worth doing because it works out much cheaper than individual jars. If you want to buy absolute best look for “single origin nuts”. Single-origin means that the nuts are sourced from the one region and they often have unique flavours that are specific to the region where they were grown. This might be why I love the flavour of the Pip & Nut butters and Nutshed… or it might be that I just love Nut Butter in general 😂 Was this helpful? I’d love to know 👇❤️ #nutrition #peanutbutter #foodlabels #readlabels #ultraprocessedfoods
